RO 99 appears on a different car a few years before.

No 20 is the 1898 Stephens of R J Stephens. RO 99 is a side-valve Aston Martin, unusually with saloon coachwork. C J Randall competed in an open A M with cycle wings and this registration, and it is possibly the same car, seen here with 'winter' coachwork.
