This car is not a Lea Francis it is a 1929 Alfa Romeo 6c Super Sport Chassis number 0312872 Engine number 0312873. I purchased this car from the U.S.A. in 1986 and sold it in 2007. It was a FW Stiles Team Car in 1929 and ran at the Brooklands Double Twelve, Irish Grand Prix and Ards TT. In 1930 it ran in the same three races in the hands of RS Outlaw.
