Same Alvis as in an earlier photo, but though he has kept the same comp.number, he's stripped the car and dumped the passenger, so must be running in the Open Class - though he's kept the hare mascot, as a true Alvis enthusiast would. A 1923-24 Super Sports 12/50.

Is Dean Hill on the minor road between West Dean, Wilts. and Whiteparish?

This is W G Hedges, who had previously competed in a 10-30 Alvis (eg at South Harting).
