There is a note that says "10,000 mile test" with this image...
Armstrong-Siddeley's contemporary ad says "An 18hp Armstrong-Siddeley 6-cylinder open touring car,
travelling 450 miles each day and night (Sundays excepted), completed in 23 days an RAC Road Test
of 10,010 miles, equivalent to more than a year's average mileage, with the following results: Fuel
24.64 mpg, Oil 6 pints, Tyres - the same 4 outer covers were used throughout (except for temporary
removal owing to puctures) and are still in sound condition, Total time occupied in repairs and
adjustments - Less than 2 hours."
