As noted on the startline photo and the Waverley shot at this meeting, I believe this a T13 Bugatti with an aerodynamic body. The line of the pear-shaped radiator is clear enough and reversed quarter-elliptic springs just inferred in the blur. Who drives and who constructed the body?

I believe this is J O'Day, winner the Novices' Handicap. The car was entered by O'Day and driven by Blackstock in the 1923 200- Miles Race.
