The "dazzle" painted car is a Straker Squire. Probably driven by Kensington Moir. made FTD at Spread eagle hill climb in 1920

I think this is probably the BARC Autumn Meeting 25th September 1921. Nearest the camera is Henry Segrave (Sunbeam), then Matthew Park in one of the 1914 GP Vauxhalls, the Lorraine-Dietrich "Vieux Charles lll" driven by Douglas Hawkes, and Berite Kensington Moir in the Straker-Squire. No 8 is Philip Rampon's Fiat.
