Lea-Francis VC 61 is an S Type (Hyper), chassis 14137. At this time it was owned by the Chetwynds and was driven at this event by Mrs Chetwynd. The body on the car in this picture has survived and is fitted to another S Type Lea-Francis, chassis 14128. Sadly, shortly after the body swap (in the ealry 1950's), VC 61 was scrapped having come off rather badly in a head-on collision with a Talbot.
